LEV 125 Hydraulic cylinder honing machine
CYLINDER HONING MACHINELEV 125 is a machine specifically engineered for cylinder honing of motorcycles and cars, and for all other kind of industrial precision applications where such operation is requested.
The sturdy construction of the machine offers an high structural rigidity, assuring a surface finishing extremely accurate.
Hone head feed system is given by a piston actuated by an hydraulic unit, and the adjustable feed speed set by a valve, allows to have best desired finishing. Moreover a selector enables to move the hone head manually or with an automatic cycle, which stroke is adjustable by end stops. Hone rotation has three different speeds to further expand the applications of the machine.
