RSM 024 Rim straightening machine
RIM STRAIGHTENING MACHINE
RSM 024 is designed and manufactured to repair by straightening all
kind of steel, aluminium and alloy wheels with range diameter between
13" and 24".The system uses an easy to handle hydraulic cylinder
actuated by an hydraulic unit that, conveniently positioned, pushes on
the damaged part of the rim taking it back to the original shape. Such
operation is ma40de easier with the aid of a wide set of shaped punches
that perfectly lean to the different rim profiles. Furthermore the
hydraulic cylinder is provided by a pressure regulation system with
manometer (PRP100) which allows the adjustment of push force in
accordance to the material on work.

reconditioning of all kind of passenger cars and light trucks practical,

The standard equipment includes all accessories required for mounting and
centering all kind of drums of vehicles up to 3.5 tons. but even bigger
making the TR300 actually “universal”. Furthermore, thanks to the optional
kit TD330 Adjustable trolley with wheels, the drum lathe unit becomes an
useful portable disc driving unit that allows, in combination with the well
known TD302 On-The-Car Rotor lathe, to recondition all kind of disc without
removing it from their hub.

The TR470 reconditions in a very easy and precise way all kind of brake disc, drum or flywheel of cars and light trucks and, with proper accessories even of heavy duty vehicles.
