The 30th edition of Autopromotec, one of the most recognized and appreciated international fairs in the automotive aftermarket sector, has just concluded. Four intense days in Bologna, full of innovations, meetings, and new perspectives for the sector, amidst cutting-edge technologies and the creation of valuable relationships. For Comec, this edition was an extraordinary opportunity to present the latest innovations and consolidate its leadership position.
We want to extend a special thank you to everyone who visited our stand. Your curiosity, your questions, and your enthusiasm made this edition even more significant. It was a pleasure to share our vision and the solutions we are developing for the future of automotive maintenance with you.
Autopromotec 2025 was the ideal showcase to present several innovations that redefine the standards of precision and efficiency in the sector. Here are the main novelties we were pleased to show:
Comec TR480: Precision and Efficiency in Brake Maintenance The Comec TR480 is our new lathe designed for the rapid and precise reconditioning of brake discs and drums. It stands out for its versatile application on cars, commercial vehicles, and, with the appropriate accessories, even heavy vehicles. Efficiency is improved thanks to advanced speed control via an inverter, allowing for continuous and precise rotation adjustment of the drum/disc. This translates into faster work on small parts (typically cars) and superior precision on larger parts or those with particularly worn surfaces. Its evolved technical characteristics, with a powerful axis gearmotor and variable feed speeds for the tool carriage, ensure consistent machining and optimal surface finish results without vibrations. The renewed aesthetic also promotes ergonomics and practical use.
CNC Flywheel and Clutch Pressure Plate Grinding Machine We presented our new CNC grinding machine for flywheels and clutch pressure plates, a state-of-the-art solution that guarantees extremely high-precision machining, fundamental for optimal clutch system performance.
PV0535 Manual Leveling Table Another novelty is the PV0535, a manual leveling table specifically designed for use with our surfacing machines. This solution improves practicality and precision in surfacing operations.
FSV SMART: Valve Seat Machining Control and Management System We also introduced FSV SMART, an innovative control and management system for valve seat machining. This system, compatible with our FSV100 and FSV120 models, optimizes the process, ensuring excellent results and greater efficiency.
