RTV600.CNC: From Mechanical Workshop to Complete Reconditioning Center
In the field of reconditioning transmission components, the precision and reliability of machine tools are crucial. Today we take you to Austria, near Graz, to share a direct testimonial of excellence: the story of Hannes Deimel, owner of a historic Bosch Service, and his hands-on experience with Comec technology and specialized training on the head and block resurfacing machine.
From Mechanical Workshop to Complete Reconditioning Center
The story of Deimel begins in 1995. Over the years, the company has evolved into an authorized Bosch Diesel Service center, ultimately taking the decisive step towards complete mechanical machining.
Today, the center performs internally every operation necessary for the rebuilding of engines and the overhaul of transmission groups. To manage the critical operations of surface grinding for circular parts, the workshop chose to rely on the advanced performance of the RTV600.CNC.
The Technological Choice: Why an engine rebuilder chose Comec RTV600.CNC Machine?
To recondition the flywheels, clutch plates, and pressure plates of industrial and commercial vehicles with centesimal tolerances, the workshop needed the right equipment. After a careful evaluation of the machines available on the market, the choice fell on the Comec ecosystem.
“We had already been using a Comec cylinder head resurfacing machine in the workshop for several years, so continuing to place our trust in this brand was a natural and extremely easy decision.”
