Introducing FSV SMART

FSV SMART is a valve seat machining control and management system applicable on request to our FSV100 and FSV120 models.

The standard control panel of the machine, which can continue to be used in normal mode, is integrated by a touch screen panel which extends its functions, allowing the operator to use the machine in semi-automatic mode.
Setting the working parameters, all clearly visible on the screen, is very simple and fast and the advantages of this system are a faster execution, uniformity between seats and better finishing.

The main features of FSV SMART are as follows:

- Electronic level with double reading of the X and Y axes
- Linear encoder for a centesimal reading of the tool holder head position
- possibility of memorizing 4 heights (parking, head cushion open, turning on rotation and end of cut)
- switching on and off of the rotation in automatic mode when the set work quota is reached
- locking/unlocking of the solenoid valves of the head air cushion when the set work quota is reached
- warning of reaching the end of work quota set to get all the valve seats at the same height
- automatic rpm variation to reduce chattering effect
- Wi-Fi connection for assistance and reading of work data
